With more than 10 years of private piano teaching experience, Lynn has helped students of all ages build confidence, develop strong musical foundations, and enjoy making music for years to come. Her background also includes more than 40 years of teaching music in churches, schools, and community settings, giving her a unique perspective on how students learn and grow.

Lynn earned bachelor's degrees in Music Education and Business, studying at both Florida State University and Liberty University. She has been playing piano since preschool, beginning on her grandmother's piano, and has performed throughout the eastern, southern, and midwestern United States.

Before opening Explore Music Jax, Lynn taught music for a local preschool organization with eight centers, giving her extensive experience working with young children. Over the years, she has taught students ranging in age from 6 weeks to 83 years. While she enjoys working with students of all ages, her greatest passion is helping preschoolers and beginning students build confidence through creative, encouraging lessons that make learning music fun from the very first lesson.

As the mother of two accomplished adult musicians, Lynn understands both the joy and the long-term rewards of nurturing musical growth from the very beginning.
